We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following for each applicant:
  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable. Applies to market rate units only.
  • $500 Deposit, per household, due upon approval.
  • $250 Pet Fee, per pet, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable.

That’s why we design most of our lease terms to avoid winter move-outs, though we can accommodate other timelines when needed. Prices and special offers valid for new residents only. Pricing and availability subject to change at any time.

  • Electric: Setup directly with Xcel Energy
  • Internet: Set up by resident 
Optional Monthly Charges:
  • Parking: $80 per month
